Winnipeg will always be home

Great 3 weeks at home. Winnipeg will always be home. Good friends, great family and treasured memories. I will never understand emigrated Winnipeggers that besmirch this place, even thought the climate and entomology has its drawbacks it has all made for the overflowing personalities of the Peggers, near and far. I love coming home.

I am forever indebted for cousin Archie's continual chauffeuring to play golf.  I had my best game of my life with him and Normie and Windmill at Oakwood. Its been 8 years since I dropped a birdie putt, on the links
at Seven Lakes  in Windsor with my youngest son Kevin, and I apologize if I made a spectacle of our foursome by doing a Belgian jig on the 17th green when the putt dropped.
Thanks to Dennis for the night at the Bomber game and the post-game summary at Hooters. I am sorry I didn't make his cabin. but I will see him in Thailand this Xmas.
Good to see Da Gar when he swung by from his Sturgis run and partay at Wanda and Arch's around a fire and a gorgeous evening in the backyard, also good doing lattes and movies with Cammy and Marie-Rose, and brekky with OG and Denny. Best of all was seeing Mom and bros Dougie and Gary. Go Jets!!

Time to hop the train back to Toronto and the corridor commuter to Windsor but it was a great month.

I'll be in touch.
